GILI tankers are engineered with high-strength S355J2-G6 carbon steel, rolled with precision and welded both internally and externally for maximum durability. The 5-sided integral chassis ensures stability and long service life, while strategically positioned inlets and outlets guarantee efficient liquid flow and prevent residue build-up.

  • Robust Construction – Heavy-duty steel tank with precision robotic welding for maximum strength.
  • Advanced Suspension Options – Mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems (boogie, tandem, or tridem) for smooth operation on any terrain.
  • Hydraulic Drawbar & Chassis – Adjustable, reinforced design for stability and towing efficiency.
  • Smart Filling & Automation – Galvanised stainless-steel filling arms (up to 5.2 m depth), vacuum pump silencers, and self-cleaning dual clarifiers.
  • Customisable Discharge – Systems for full emptying even on slopes, with optional pressure pumps capable of spraying up to 60 m.
  • Applicators – Disc, chisel, tube, and dribble bar systems, compatible with GPS-enabled Dosicontrol dosing technology.
  • Capacities – Available in single, double, and triple-axle designs, ranging from 3,000 L to over 32,000 L.

Precision & Control

The Dosicontrol System ensures accurate application, with NPK analysis, GPS mapping, and data export to Excel—helping farmers improve efficiency and meet environmental requirements.
